We are looking for...

We are looking for a Product Owner in the Marketing team.
SMADE is launching a highly innovative solution on the market of medical devices and reinforces teams to sustain its growth.

You will be in charge of strategic marketing (solutions roadmap refinement, marketing campaigns thinking and planning) and operational marketing (marketing campaigns implementation).

Your role will be cross-functional at SMADE, so you will get the opportunity to work with many of us: from the whole Business Development team to the Solutions Manager (IT and software).
At SMADE, we advocate accountability! You will be responsible for all of your own projects. Also, you will be required to work proactively and autonomously.

Your missions

Strategic marketing

Solutions roadmap refinement

  • Collect, gather, and interpret S-HUB users’ feedback and give your recommendations to business and digital teams accordingly
  • Follow and refine our solutions roadmap, and keep track of implementation progress
  • Find innovative and creative ways to collect the voice of customer

Marketing campaigns 

  • Leverage your knowledge of the market and of SMADE solutions to define clear marketing campaigns, with quantifiable objectives
  • Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns (communication plans, packaging, creation and/or order of needed materials)
  • Share results from your campaigns to the rest of the team and draw strategic recommendations out of identified outcome

Operational Marketing 

  • Pilot and guide new solutions’ launch on the market by designing the marketing content that best highlights SMADE’s value
  • Work in close collaboration with the business team (BD Lead, Customer Success Manager, Onboarding Specialist) to anticipate and develop the required material for meetings with customers

What you will need

‘Must have’
  • Master degree in a high ranked business school and university in marketing and/or innovative business / entrepreneurship
  • Strong experience (3-4 years) in Operational Marketing in a tech company (SaaS) and understanding fundamentals and marketing principles which allow you to pilot efficient and creative marketing campaigns
  • You are a natural leader and storyteller, an excellent communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills (Slides, Powerpoint). You like to convince and highlight product’s value to the market
  • You are interested in strategic as well as operational marketing. You are curious, think outside of the box and creative. You are data driven, detail-oriented and suggest proactive recommendations and like to be on the field
  • Native or bilingual in English is a high requirement (both oral and written)
  • You are curious and show a real interest in new technologies, MedTech innovations and the health industry
‘Nice-to-have'
  • Past experience in a start-up / early stage and high growth environment
  • Knowledge and practice of agile methodologies
  • Google Adwords, Linkedin Campaigns, trade shows organization,...
